Christopher Hovorka (MSPO program co-director) and Marina Musicus (MSPO class of 2012) participated in the 6th Annual Georgia Tech Pre-Health Conference. They presented career opportunities in Prosthetics and Orthotics profession. The conference was hosted by the American Medical Student Association of Georgia Tech. Congratulations to Anand Srinivasan, the winner of the Inaugural Prosthetics and Orthotics Wearable Technology Award at the Georgia Science and Engineering Fair (see April 2011 News page). Anand was invited to present his research to President Barack Obama at the White House in February. See picture here.
